Winter Solstice Yoga - 108 Sun Salutations

Honor the beginning of the winter season with a transformative series of 108 sun salutations.

We will start small with simple arm salutations (lifting arms overhead) and gradually work our way to full sun salutations for a total of 108. The winter solstice marks the darkest day of the year, and it is common practice for yogis to perform 108 sun salutations to mark the passing of one season into the next. This will be a chance to let go of anything from the fall season that is no longer serving you, in order to make room for the light and warmth of longer days ahead.

Come join us for this meditative, repetitive flow that can be modified in order to serve yogis of any level. Please bring a yoga mat. This practice will take approximately 75 minutes.

Free for members. Day pass fees apply to nonmembers.
